Duties & Responsiblities :

1. To operate/ program machine as per specification, manual and training.
2. To prepare and get machine ready for production.
3. To hold good housekeeping and machine cleanliness.
4. To review and check drawing properly before start machining.
5. To fabricate part as per drawing and within time schedule.
6. To inspect fabrication part during and after fabrication.
7. To sort and attach fabricated part with right drawing.
8. To safeguard all machines and equipments.
9. To report machine breakdown to group leader.
10. To perform any other duties assign by management.
11. To abide all company’s safety rules and regulation at all time.
12. And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Objective :

Mainly to ensure supporting machine and equipments such as Air-Condition, Pressure Air Compressor and electrical related switches, appliances are in good order by doing periodic prevention maintenance.

Duties & Responsiblities :

1. Responsible for all building maintenance requirement of the company.
2. Daily checking of air-condition & pressured air compressor.
3. Daily taking electrical meter reading to monitor consumption.
4. To assist wherever possible on Handy Man related kind of jobs, electrical wiring for Engineering Department, water piping etc.
5. To supervise Contractor on any maintenance and renovation job in the plant.
6. And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Objective :

Assist the manager in managing projects from an overall standpoint to meet the demand of company's internal and external customers.

Duties & Responsiblities :

1. Responsible to lead and motivate teams from all departments involved in a project to meet delivery timeline, optimize cost efficiency and meet customer specifications.
2. Update and manage schedules of assigned projects with accurate data for manager to compile and have time factory capacity utilization.
3. Feedback on workflow issues to manager in order to enchance efficiency and productivity.
4. Provide improvement reports for manager to compile and review.
5. Manage all change orders or deviations expected / unexpected.
6. And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Objective :

To design, improve, modify of equipment as per technical requirements within software scope of fields.

Duties & Responsiblities :

1. To develop software program for machine control and machine vision system.
2. To modify existing machine software, and vision system program.
3. To document the control of the machine and vision system in operation manual.
4. To perform control integration with other subsysterms on the machine.
5. To ensure that the project is delivered on time.
6. To design, code, debug and test new software program.
7. And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.

SQE | Bachelor Degree or equivalent | Knowledge and hands on training in respective machine.

Objective :

Assist the SQE Manager, SQE Senior Excutive to produce quality fabrication parts and on time delivery.

Duties & Responsiblities :

1. To study and understand job drawings.
2. To prepare and execute plans to achieve on time delivery.
3. To prepare and execute plans achieve good quality fabricated parts.
4. To monitor daily job status and project schedule.
5. To follow-up the reject fabricated parts with subcontractor.
6. To prepare monthly operation perform report.
7. To prepare and execute plans to ensure acceptable subcontractor performance.
8. And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.

To assembly machine and provide service support at customer site.

Duties & Responsiblities :

1. To assemble, upgrade and modify machine as per design based on assembly drawing.
2. To check all mechanical fixture and electrical connection are properly connected, fixed and secured.
3. To do electrical wiring and pneumatic wiring of the machine.
4. To provide service support, set up and install machine at customer site.
5. And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
