Application Engineer

Department: Business Development

Job Description:

1. Proposal Preparation based on Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.

2. Collaboration with the Engineering team to develop new project concepts and solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.

3. Costing for new projects, considering all necessary resources and materials to ensure competitiveness.

4. Follow-Up on submitted proposals to ensure customer engagement and address any questions or concerns.

5. Technical Support during project development or implementation, providing expert guidance as needed.

6. Documentation Verification so as the Bill of Materials (BOM) provided by customers is up-to-date, ensuring accurate project planning and execution

Requirements:

Possess a diploma / degree in Sales/ Marketing/ Engineering or a related field to demonstrate a strong foundation in engineering knowledge and practices.

Preferably at least 1 year in industrial automation equipment.

Mechanical Design Engineer

Department: Engineering

Job Description:

  1. Design and Development: To generate conceptual & details drawing for machine.

  2. Testing and Evaluation: on machine performance.

  3. System Integration: To perform sub system hardware integration on the machine.

  4. Follow Up part on fabricated part as well as standard parts.

  5. Documentation BOM (Build of Material) & drawings are updated with the latest revision. To document the machine operation in machine manual. To prepare machine spare part list.

  6. Supplier Liaison & Project Management from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets & on time delivery.

  7. Stakeholder Collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirement:

  1. Possess a degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.

  2. Preferably at least 3 years in automation design, with preference for candidates skilled in using SolidWorks for mechanical design & documentation.

Renewable Energy Application Engineer

Department: Business Development – MyBess

Job Description:

  1. Requirements Development for battery energy storage systems to ensure alignment with project goals and industry standards.

  2. Technology Research by identifying innovations and best practices that can enhance system performance and efficiency.

  3. Customer Engagement for their specific needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration to design and develop effective energy storage systems that meet operational demands.

  5. Presentation Development for effectively communicate project outcomes and insights to management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for Electrical Engineering or New Energy Science & Engineering.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and development of energy storage systems.

  3. Preferred Background: Power Electrical (HV) engineering, Renewable Energy (e.g., Solar), or project-related experience with TNB or Suruhanjaya Tenaga, including roles as a direct main contractor or subcontractor in power generation, transmission, or distribution.

  4. Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in power electronics, electrical systems, and systems integration.

Electrical Engineer

Department: Engineering

Job Description:

  5. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. To ensure that the project is delivered on time.

  6. Compliance and Safety, promoting a zero-fatality culture in operations.

  7. Stakeholder Collaboration ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirement:

  1. Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field to demonstrate a strong foundation in engineering knowledge and practices.

  2. Preferably at least 3 years in automation design, with preference for candidates skilled in using EPlan for electrical design & documentation.

Purchasing Executive

Department: Purchasing & Procurement

Job Description:

  1. Supplier Liaison: Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers, focusing on cost, quality, and delivery timelines to secure the best value for goods and services aligned with project schedules.

  2. Purchasing Management from requisition through purchase order and delivery, ensuring timely availability of materials essential to project success.

  3. Supplier Management for timely delivery, address issues with non-conforming parts, and handle warranty claims to maintain operational efficiency.

  4. Supplier Relationship: Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring on-time delivery and quality performance to support consistent supply chain reliability.

  5. Tender Support: Collaborate with the tender team to acquire updated cost information from suppliers, ensuring competitive project proposals.

  6. Compliance: Ensure all purchasing and procurement activities align with the company’s policies, code of ethics, values, and applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications & experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.

  3. Industry Experience: Preferably in a project manufacturing and assembly environment.

  4. Technical Knowledge in Mechanical or electrical is a plus.

  5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
